Yapay zeka (YZ), günümüzde hızla gelişen ve birçok alanda devrim yaratan bir teknoloji olarak, toplumların yapısını ve bireylerin günlük yaşam biçimini, ekonomiyi ve kültürel yapıyı etkilemektedir. Bu değişim, zaman içinde giderek daha derinleşiyor; adeta yaşamımızın her alanına derinlemesine nüfuz ederek köklü değişikliklere yol açıyor. Ancak bu dönüşüm, sadece pratik kolaylıklar ve verimlilik artışı sağlamamakta, aynı zamanda önemli etik, güvenlik ve insan etkileşimi sorunlarını da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, özellikle otonom araçlar, sağlık hizmetleri ve finans sektörü gibi alanlarda yapay zekanın yarattığı fırsatlar ve riskleri mercek altına alarak, bu teknolojinin insan deneyimini şekillendiren çok yönlü etkilerini incelemektedir. Yapay zekanın sunduğu verimlilik artışı, kişiselleştirilmiş hizmetler ve yeni iş imkanları gibi faydalarının yanı sıra, gizlilik endişeleri, önyargı riskleri ve otonom sistemlerin sorumluluğu gibi etik kaygılar da ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bu etkileşimler bazen insanlar için oldukça sezgisel ve etkili olabilirken, bazen de güvensizlik ve rahatsızlık yaratabilir. Bu karmaşık etkileşimleri disiplinler arası bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirerek, yapay zekanın insanlık için sürdürülebilir bir gelecek inşa etmede nasıl kullanılabileceğine dair politika önerileri geliştirmektir. Ayrıca gitgide gelişen teknolojinin yapay zeka ile birlikte insan hayatına olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri üzerine bilgilendirme ve bakış açısı geliştirmek bu etkiler detaylı bir şekilde incelenerek, geleceğe yönelik öngörülerde bulunmaktır. |

Artificial intelligence (YZ) is a rapidly developing and revolutionary technology in many areas today, affecting the structure of societies and individuals' daily lifestyles, economy and cultural structure. This change is becoming more and more profound over time; it is penetrating every aspect of our lives and causing radical changes. However, this transformation does not only provide practical convenience and increased efficiency, but also brings with it important ethical, security and human interaction problems. The aim of this study is to examine the opportunities and risks created by artificial intelligence, especially in areas such as autonomous vehicles, healthcare, and the financial sector, and to examine the multifaceted effects of this technology that shape the human experience. In addition to the benefits offered by artificial intelligence, such as increased productivity, personalized services, and new job opportunities, ethical concerns such as privacy concerns, bias risks, and the responsibility of autonomous systems also come to the fore. While these interactions can sometimes be quite intuitive and effective for people, sometimes they can create distrust and discomfort. By evaluating these complex interactions from an interdisciplinary perspective, the aim is to develop policy recommendations on how artificial intelligence can be used to build a sustainable future for humanity. In addition, to inform and develop perspectives on the positive and negative effects of developing technology on human life together with artificial intelligence, to examine these effects in detail, and to make predictions for the future. |
